HOW TO PREPAREBREAKFAST PARFAIT RECIPES
Choose 10 individual glass jars or glasses, and put them in a tray
Pour a tablespoon of shea beans into each cup, and add the same amount of oatmeal
Spoon a tablespoon of yogurt over the cereal
Add your favorite flavor to your favorite fruit (eg banana with cocoa or strawberries with vanilla ….)
Combine a packet of NESTLÉ softened condensed milk with 4 cups of skimmed milk until mixed well
Pour the milk mixture until the cup is full and then place the cups in the fridge all night
Before breakfast, mix the mixture, add fresh fruit pieces and savor the tasty barbeque.
